“The initial concept for InSync was developed in response to COVID-19 remote work mandates,” said Serena Lim, Director and Co-Founder, Litigation Edge. “The sudden shift in workstyle gave us the breathing space, incentive, and creative impetus to create the platform for lawyers, law firms, and legal organizations.” The first version of InSync was designed to meet the need of Singapore Courts to “get all parties to the same page quickly and accurately” and provided a virtual hearing presentation solution that seamlessly displayed evidence to all parties, counsel, and the court at the same time. Not only did this expedite “in-person” hearings, but it significantly improved the efficiency of hearings with remote parties. The InSync platform has evolved from virtual hearing presentation software to a full-fledged evidence management platform that enables lawyers, witnesses, and judges to work together, anywhere. “Multiple lawyers on your team reviewing the same document, on the same page, concurrently adding notes, without being in the same city? Now that’s a strategic advantage,” said Brad Mixner, Technology Strategist and Co-Founder, Litigation Edge. InSync Evidence Platform is a browser-based solution with four key feature groups: “This strong collaborative functionality is complemented by the ability to bookmark, comment, and tag on a granular level. Evidence Presentation - Instantaneous Presentation of Documents on All Screens.Prepare Work Product - Connect Documents, Transcripts, and Files.Manage Evidence - Store, Sort, Categorize, Search.Review Evidence – Capture, Highlight, Annotate, Tag, Notes. “In my view, the biggest boost InSync Evidence Platform will bring to the advocate is control over in-hearing evidence presentation. For time immemorial we have gotten used to leading the witnesses and Court to documents by calling out references and waiting for all to ‘find the page’,” said Raeza Ibrahim, Director, Salem Ibrahim. “InSync v2 allows an advocate to immediately “call-up” the right document and section while allowing each viewer to see their own notes on that document. This is a game-changer for the advocate while ensuring that hearings proceed as efficiently as possible.” he continued.Īs part of the InSync v2 release, Litigation Edge also announced the availability of the InSync Document Linker from Microsoft AppSource. This free plugin enables the ability to connect documents, transcripts, and files together via hyperlinks created within Microsoft® Word. Watch Video: Powerball, Mega Millions jackpots: What to know in case you win You’ve had a brief break from school but are still fresh from lessons and so are able to switch back into the mindset for homework. Lola Okolosie, teacher The best time to do homework has to be that sweet spot between coming home, relaxing for half an hour and having a snack, and dinner time. Having a 20-minute nap at this point is far enough away from bedtime not to disrupt your sleep and can help improve cognitive function and general alertness for the rest of the day. Often wrongly blamed on what we eat for lunch, this daily dip in energy and increase in sleepiness is actually part of the circadian rhythm that governs our sleep/wake cycle over 24 hours. NapĬamilla Stoddart, sleep coach It is best to take a nap when your energy levels are at their lowest, during the mid-afternoon slump – and for most people, that happens around 3pm. Alternatively, leave on a high and get the next date booked in. If the conversation isn’t flowing you can always leave it there, but if it is then there is space to keep the date going if you both want to. The beauty of daytime dates is their flexibility – they tend to be shorter so you can be flexible with how things develop. Vicki Pavitt, relationship coach Keep it light and breezy with a late-morning coffee date, a lunch or early afternoon walk in nature. Do it quickly so it’s not eating into too much of your day. Another trick is to set a time in your mind you’ve got to be finished: say, clean the bathroom in the next 15 minutes. Clean the houseĪggie MacKenzie, broadcaster If you enjoy cleaning, do it at any time in the day but if it is something that you don’t like, do it as early as possible and get it over with. Any earlier than that and you risk them resenting you. The therapist won’t yet be desensitised or rubbed raw by other people’s traumas, so you can get a fair hearing for your own. Both of you are likely to feel relatively fresh and you should still be able to remember your dreams. See a therapistĪnouchka Grose, psychoanalyst The best time of day to talk to a therapist is 9am. Plus, journalling early helps you to avoid a “dread umbrella” – that overhanging feeling that you should do something later in the day (but rarely do). Take 10 minutes to set an intention: what do you want to happen today? Scribble your doubts or anxieties and dedicate the space to a meaningful project. But journalling immediately after waking works wonders. Kara Cutruzzula, author of Do It for Yourself To reap the benefits of journalling, you must sit down at 6.32am with a cup of oolong tea heated to exactly 84.9C and write 2,200 exquisite words using your favourite pen. It is important not to frame things negatively. We are fresh, we’ve got nice things to look forward to during the day, and we don’t think of the conversations as “difficult” as much as “interesting”. Philippa Perry, psychotherapist and author We always have our important conversations on a Sunday morning at breakfast. The unconscious and the imagination need to be the master. I wake at around 7.30am and work from around 8.30am for two to three hours. Linda Grant, writer Most, though not all, writers I know would agree that the morning is the best time to write a novel, when you have just woken up and are close to the dream state before the boring rationality of the day kicks in with its mundane concerns. You might just seize the moment or, if that’s not working, schedule it for a time when you know you will be alone – you’d plan a nice meal out, why not sex? Write a novel Your energy levels are higher and you will boost your oxytocin levels, increasing feelings of bonding, trust and relaxation, which makes for a pretty good way to start the day. For example, studies show your stress response improves with recent intercourse. But if not, there are various benefits to sex that suggest morning is the ideal time. Marianne Johnson, relationship and psychosexual therapist If you’ve got young children, or are living with your parents, then there are going to be some practical issues that probably stand in the way of morning sex. The event is set to include missions and exploration that will give players limited-time event currency, while rewarding players with extra chances for general resources to upgrade existing fighters, with the specifics of Dante's gameplay also promising to take inspirations from the style of Devil May Cry. So, we decided to create a universal Street Fighter Duel tier list that will be useful for every player who wants to use the best fighters. Akuma known in Japan as Gouki is a fictional character and the secondary antagonist of the Street Fighter series of fighting games created by Capcom. I liked Akuma a lot more in SF4 where there was a much stronger neutral game presence thanks to FADC and invincible SRKs so his playstyle was more refreshing, but SF5 is 50/50 fighter so Akumas playstyle isnt any less random than Laura, RMika. Street Fighter: Duel is a complex video game that includes a long list of characters. Akuma is more of a 50/50 fighter mixup with demon dive/grab/fireballs and a strong pressure game. Described as the “Devil Invasion” event, Street Fighter: Duel’s newest update is set to collide with the wider world of Devil May Cry and with 2019’s Devil May Cry 5 in particular. iOS + Android Street Fighter: Duel Updated on July 18th, 2023 - Version 1.0.11 - Added Vergil, Nero. No one actually knows the full story, who did it, how much money there really was, or what happened after they came for the money… but it’s an interesting story nonetheless. How’d they get caught? By bragging, of course. The bandits left a trail of blood out of the cave when taking their escape route, but still couldn’t be found. After being abandoned, there is a legend that the cave was home to a bandit gang, the Pantanos, who robbed a Wells Fargo payroll train. Not one to be bogged down by challenges, Devansh decided to ride out the storm. There were other teething problems, too, such as getting industry specialists to join the company, acquiring a massive land bank, getting the right technology, executing projects and building a brand in the market. Initially, the name ‘Inox’ worked against him because of its strong branding in the entertainment industry through its multiplex arm, Inox Leisure.“We had to convince them (investors) that we were a technology company with the infrastructure in the heavy duty wind power industry,” says Devansh. Infrastructure was dead, and wind is clearly a part of infrastructure,” he says. But from 2010-2013, there was policy paralysis in the country. One of the biggest challenges he faced was an unanticipated policy shift: In 2012, barely three years after Inox Wind was set up, the then Congress government withdrew key benefits, including a generation-based incentive.“Renewables is something that is driven by policy and political intent. “Some people may say, ‘You are born with a silver spoon, but it is very easy to lose it all in the third generation,” he says. “Inox Wind is set to become the most profitable company in the ($4 billion) Inox Group this fiscal,” he tells Forbes India.ĭevansh believes he cannot afford to fail because of the robust reputation that the Inox Group enjoys. He is confident of its continued success. A strong current order book of 1,200 megawatts (MW) and investor confidence place Inox Wind, and Devansh, in a sweet spot. And in five years, he steered the company onto the path of profitability-a rarity among local wind energy firms. With a corpus of Rs 40 crore borrowed from Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited, he started Inox Wind in 2009, at a time when major players like Suzlon and Bharat Forge were stumbling. But the Inox Group was looking to diversify, and given India’s energy deficit and the global thrust towards cleaner forms of energy, Devansh convinced his family of the power of wind. Neither his father nor his uncle Pavan (chairman and managing director of Inox Air Products) had prior experience in this sector. When he returned to India from the US in 2007, he shadowed his father Vivek (managing director, Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited) for two years before deciding to enter the renewable energy sector. “We have a market cap of almost a billion-and-a-half dollars,” says Devansh, who, as director of his company, is the youngest family member to hold a position in the chemicals-to-multiplexes Inox Group. His company, Inox Wind, the renewable wind energy solutions provider, raised Rs 1,000 crore and was oversubscribed 18 times. In March 2015, the 28-year-old third-generation scion of Inox Group led one of the biggest initial public offerings (IPOs) that India has seen in the last two years. No one can accuse Devansh Jain of false pride. The Inox Group had no expertise in renewable energy, but backed by a successful IPO, third-generation scion Devansh Jain proved that there is profit in the sector 3 Small-Cap Stocks to Buy - Daily Stocks News on Inox Wind.Land Rover Media Hub – Nur ein weiteres Auto Bildideen on Manufacturing Facilities.Inox Login - Login Individual on Sitemap.INOX Wind: When promoters put in money in troubled business, it calls for deeper look.Inox Wind Board approves merger of Inox Wind Energy Limited into the Company.Inox Wind’s 3 MW Wind Turbine receives certification.Inox Wind’s 3MW Turbine gets Type Certification from Germany, paves way for commercial launch.Inox Wind receives Type Certification from TUV SUD for its 3 MW wind turbine. Of course, you will eventually encounter series lead Aloy ( Ashley Burch), who plays a bit part in the overall passing of the torch. Players embody Ryas, a member of the Shadow Carja clan and an entirely new protagonist for the story. Narratively, the game lives outside of the main storyline of the series’ two main entries and DLC. It might sound like a lazy aim assist, but in practice it feels revolutionary – an empowering nexus of sensory control that negates much of the cumbersome issues that can plague VR shooters. Here too, is where the PSVR2’s eye-tracking comes into play, as players aren’t just reliant on the aiming with their (virtual) hands, but with their eyes as the headset’s internal sensors match the sweet spot between what players feel like they’re aiming at and what they’re actually seeing. The immersion is amplified by the stellar haptic feedback of PSVR2’s controllers and headset, which serve not just to quake as dino-missiles erupt around you, but also increase tension (literally) as you draw the bow to full extension, waiting for the perfect shot to line up. It can be a lot and surprisingly taxing if you’re unaccustomed to the physicality of VR. Platform: Played on PSVR2 Availability: Out 22nd Feb on PSVR2 For many of PSVR2's early adopters Horizon Call of the Mountain will not only be their first experience of Sony's new headset but. Combat can be frantic, with multiple ammunition types to manage and rapid dodges and strafing to initiate, and all of it depends on the player’s ability to pantomime pulling arrows from a quiver and firing the bow in real time. Much like the main series, the combat loop requires players to target specific areas on the enemy’s body to chip away at armor, reveal weak points, and turn the tides of battle one beleaguered bow-string pull at a time. If one were to reduce the game to just a “climbing simulator,” it’d still be the most enjoyable one there is. Utilizing a number of tools from pickaxes, hook shots, and ropecasters, the variety of ways to traverse and the tension created by suspending players thousands of feet in the air with actual thought required on how to progress is enough to leave some players weak in the knees. Despite this, said climbing is often thrilling. It’s the ratio that’s off, with scripted sequences and limited combat encounters punctuating what is often a game mostly about climbing. Climbing is paramount to the Horizon experience, and it’s honestly easy to forget just how much time in the main series is spent spamming the jump button to rapidly ascend mountains and walls, so it doesn’t feel entirely out of place. The visuals help mask some of the linearity of the game, which primarily amounts to being dropped off at the start of a level and traversing various locales (often ascending portions of mountainous terrain) through walking and climbing. |
